What are the activities and experience of the organisation in the areas relevant for this application?

The partner organization from France EUROMED EVE is an organization, which creates opportunities for young people who would like to be an active, try and learn something new and gain new experience and knowledge for personal and professional development. We organize several activities to meet the goals and the mission for improving the lives of young people.
The most important for young people is to have lot of experience as its possible.
Therefore we organize activities where those young people can be involved, participate and develop as a leader and good citizen. Our working fields are large, because we have many different and interesting members and partners.
We work on projects which are very actual nowadays, like refugees, social activism,
entrepreneurship, labor market, minorities and social inclusion.

Our aim is to find the mutuality between these areas and supply our members the
necessary skills to be involved there.

The skills and expertise of key staff/persons:

Our team is composed by various but equally talented people. They have lot of experience in non formal education and they have participated and organized many Workshops, Trainings and other local events. Our members’ responsibilities are the selection of participants, Planning and implementation of the preparation activities and monitoring and evaluation activities, choosing new members, collaboration with partners, etc.

Our abilities and competences are underlined by our experience as partner organization and more exactly by our activities where we:

select our participants according to the requirements of the project and its objective and priority;
provide team-building activities for the participants before project, and evaluation meeting after the completion of the project;
ensure that all administrative issues related to the project are dealt with promptly and
appropriately;
provide assistance to participants in regard to any other necessary or helpful
preparations for travel and the project;
organize a follow-up activity in the local community with the participants;
evaluate the project;
assist with the design, compilation, transmission, and maintenance of any media related to the project;
disseminate the results on the media relevant to the project ;
